  As I read through the reviews that this store has received I could not believe that anyone would have such nasty things to write about the place. I have been shopping here for years and the place has always been kept up and the women very nice. They are very tolerant with my young children who are allowed to play with the toys while I shop. I have always been greeted nicely and can usually find bargains. It seemed to me that the negative comments were a shameless attempt by a competitor perhaps to discourage shoppers from checking this place out, even going so far as to drop the name of another shop. Check it out, it's worth the time.

  I love this store and would refer anyone and everyone. I have shopped this store through two children for over 13 years. The owner and staff are absolutely awsome! The store is always so clean and great bathrooms as well. Large trying on room. The selection is the best in town as well as the location. Who does not love West University/Rice Village? I consign everything here as I trust these ladies with my life. Never any problems with consigning. If you are looking for something these ladies will get it for you too! You must stop here first and you will always return. This store has more than earned their awsome reputation.

  This is a good place to shop for your little ones. The store is centrally located with good hours. The store is a bit disorganized, but I think the owner is trying to work on that. They always have sales. I have gotten clothes for cheap. I've never consigned there. The staff is friendly. They also have a lot of maternity clothes. Toys too. Some of those are overprices IMO. Go shop there though!

  It's a consignment shop for kids. That means used clothes, toys, baby gear, etc. It's in the style of an old fashioned shop -- filled to the brim, a little mysterious, full of good finds. I'm sure some things are stained, and once I bought a CD that was scratched -- but for the most part, I've been happy. Good deals, good prices, good brands.

  ive shopped at this store a few times, i have a 3 yr old and an infant. I enjoy coming here when Im in the Village. They have good stuff...it is clean, brand named, and I dont agree that the place stinks. and also you can find good bargains sometimes... There is a lot of toys your kid can play with while you shop and honestly if you are going to a consignment store, part of the fun is sifting and finding good steals. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's a fun place to go for kids clothes and baby gear too.

  This store has soooo much stuff; some could see that as a problem. I do not. I found great labels and cute outfits for my 2 year old and 6 year old daughters. I will definitely go here first before I head to the malls or boutiques.

  THERE IS NO WAY THIS EDITOR WALKED INTO THESE SHOP AND COULD WRITE THESE EDITORIAL. TOTALLY OFF. EQUIPMENT VERY DIRTY, CLOTHES SOME VERY STAINED, OTHERS OVERPRISED PER MANUFACTURE. I CAN'T AMAGINE READY THE EDITORIAL AND THEN THE REVIEW WERE SPOT ON ABOUT THE SHOP. OVERPRISED, NOT CLEAN. A CUSTOMER AT ANDREES TOLD ME ABOUT CHILDREN'S COLLECTIONS ON BELLAIRE BLVD. AND GAVE ME DIRECTIONS. IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. CHILDREN'S COLLECTIONS IS LIKE WALKING IN A BOUTIQUE, WELL ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY LADIES. SO WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. I WAS SORRY I DID NOT GET THE CUSTOMERS NAME WHO GAVE ME THIS GREAT REFERRAL.

  my new job is in the area so i went in during lunch. I didn't make it to any of the other rooms, as the front entrance was enough for me i left. I would not return or tell my staff or friends. I am looking for a excellent shop that is clean and organized. I will google and hope to find one .

  How tis shop could be in business. I walked in and out before door closed. Goodwill has a cleaner store and more organized. equipment on side walk was not dirty but filthy!!!
